With nearly two decades of experience as a business owner, his journey includes the founding, development and eventual sale of RCO Limited, the Ohio Franchise Partner of Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers. Under Timmy's stewardship, RCO Limited grew to 44 Cane's restaurants and earned the distinction of being the largest franchise organization within the Raising Cane's system. In 2021, Timmy successfully sold the restaurants to Cane's, marking a significant milestone in his business ownership career. Timmy lives in Worthington, OH, and guest lectures regularly at both The Ohio State University, his MBA alma mater, and Wittenberg University, his undergrad alma mater.

Dan Oglevee, a senior lecturer in finance at The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business, has been teaching for over 23 years, impacting thousands of students and earning numerous teaching awards.
